Open Burning Permit info
It is against the law to burn anything in Ohio without a permit.
You can download a permit using the links below or pickup a permit application at the fire station on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Once the application has been completed a representative of the fire department will inspect the materials you wish to burn to assure compliance with the law, following this inspection a permit may be issued.
